Frequently Asked Questions

Can I adjust or cancel my order?
We prepare your meals fresh daily. We ask that any change requests including cancellations be communicated to us before 1PM the same business day. If we receive requests after that time, we cannot guarantee our ability to adjust or cancel your order.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery is available Monday to Friday.
We aim to provide next business day delivery in Toronto.
Delivery within the GTA may take as long as 3-5 business days.

How does pick up work?
You asked, and we listened! You can now schedule a free pick up from our facility.

We offer pick up Monday-Friday at our location in the Junction by appointment only.

Where do you deliver to? Do you deliver outside the GTA? 
We currently delivery within the immediate GTA.
This includes: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton

But we're working on expanding our delivery radius. For now, anyone outside of our delivery zone can come pick up their order for free :)  

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in the GTA is free on all orders over $50.
Fees on orders below $50 will be calculated based on postal code ranging from $10-$20. Pick up is always free!

Will my order come ready to eat?
All of our foods are fully cooked and ready to eat! Most of our foods are shipped frozen from our facility, with the exception of products that cannot be frozen. Just heat up your SÜÜP goodies in the microwave or on the stove to your preferred temperature :)

How long will my food stay fresh?
Due to occasional delivery delays, you may not receive the products in a frozen state. Not to worry! The food's integrity will still be upheld even when it defrosts for up to 5 days from shipping date. You can also easily re-freeze the products with no loss of quality for later use.

We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or colouring and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious for approximately 4 months.

Can I buy your products in stores?
Yes! Our SÜÜP Smoothies can be purchased at various Sobeys locations and our plant cuts are available at Fiesta Farms in Toronto.

I'm not happy with my order. What do I do?
We strive for perfection, but if there is an issue with your order please feel free to contact us as soon as you receive it and we will make things right!
